• Requires 48-hour advance notice.

 

Vision

 

• Eye exam every 2 years for members 21 and older; every year for members to age 20.

• Wellcare is pleased to offer Over-the counter items to you at no cost.
• You and your family can get up to $10 worth of over-the-counter every month without a physician's prescription.

Seasonal Flu

This year, members 6 months and older should get a flu shot. This shot protects against the flu.  It can also protect you from the H1N1 virus that caused so much illness two seasons ago.  One way to stay safe is to stay informed.  Visit FLU.GOV  to keep up-to-date.  WellCare offers flu shots to its members at no cost.  You can get a flu shot at your provider's office, a participating pharmacy or clinic.   Some participating pharmacies are:

 

• CVS Caremark
• Walgreens
• Rite Aid
• Kroger
• Longs Drugs
• Medicine Shoppe
• Target

 

Please call Member Services if you need help finding a participating provider.
