Welcome to WellCare. We are glad you joined our family! It is a smart move. WellCare is the health care plan that puts you in control. You can choose from a large network of doctors and hospitals. You will get quality health care extras like these:  

• No co-pays. No cost to you.
• No co-pay on any prescriptions or preventive services.
• No co-pay on any vision exams and eyeglasses.
   
• Up to $10 in over-the-counter items each month (pain relievers, vitamins, Band-Aids, etc.), mailed to you at your home.
  • No prescription necessary.
  • You choose what you need. 
     
• Transportation to and from doctor appointments, WIC appointments and Job and Family Services appointments.
  • 10 round trips or 20 one-way trips each year for Covered Families and Children (CFC) members. 
  • Requires 48-hour advance notice. 
     
• Vision
  • Eye exam every 2 years for members 21 and older; every year for members to age 20.
  • Up to two pairs of eyeglasses each year.
  • Frame upgrade 
     
• 24-hour Health Advisor line to get answers to health-related questions.
