D-SNP Model of Care Training Materials

Health plans are required to provide their Special Need Plans (SNP) Provider Network with information on their basic model of care. WellCare offers a web-based training module as well as a self-study packet.  For information, click here. 

CMS-Mandated Fraud, Waste and Abuse Training

 The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has mandated that all delegated and contracted providers who render benefits or services for Medicare Part C and Part D programs must meet fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) training requirements.   For more information, click here.
