Dear Provider,

As a reminder WellCare has notified the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services (ODJFS) that it will not renew its contract to provide Medicaid benefits to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members in the Northeast Region of Ohio. ABD coverage for WellCare members will end on August 31, 2008.

Covered Families and Children (CFC) members are NOT affected by the change. WellCare will continue to serve its approximately 100,000 CFC members in the Northeast Region of Ohio.
